Refund Policy

Once fees are paid and your seat is confirmed at any Elite IIT branch, the amount is non-refundable, regardless of reason — including change of mind, change in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with pace of teaching, or discontinuation of classes by the student. We encourage every student and parent to attend a free demo class and clarify all questions with the counsellor before enrolling.

While we do not refund fees, we do try to support students through batch transfers or makeup classes where genuinely needed (e.g. relocation to a city with another Elite IIT branch, medical reasons). This is handled case by case — please speak to your branch counsellor to check what's possible for your situation.

If you were charged twice for the same enrolment, or a payment was deducted due to a technical/payment-gateway error without your seat being confirmed, please contact your branch immediately with payment proof. Such cases are verified and the excess or erroneous amount is corrected or returned.

In the rare case that Elite IIT is unable to start or continue a batch you've paid for (for example, insufficient enrolment for a specific batch), we will offer you a transfer to an equivalent batch or branch. Please contact your branch counsellor for the specific resolution options in that situation.

For any question or concern about a payment, please contact your branch directly — do not raise fee disputes through third-party payment apps in the first instance, as this delays resolution. Our counsellors will look into it and respond.

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time you paid your fees is the one that applies to your enrolment.
